We can be your turn-key solution for all of your logistics and furniture needs. We cover everything including installations, reconfigurations, project management, furniture layouts, moves, drywall patching projects, furniture repair and panel cleaning in Charlottesville and Central Virginia. We also provide long and short term storage in our 13,000 square foot warehouse.

Our installation crews are professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of installing office furniture. We approach every job with the attitude that we CAN see it from our house. Every install performed by Ideal Office is level, plum, square and per manufacturer’s instructions. We are knowledgeable about the local fire codes and requirements to insure our clients are in compliance with building codes.

If you have existing furniture and it needs to be rearranged to better suit your functional requirements, we can help you change the layout of your current workspace.

Project Management
Ideal Office can manage installations, reconfigurations, or moves and relocations. We can coordinate contractors, communication companies, electricians, etc. to make certain your job runs smoothly and are completed on time.

Furniture Layouts
We offer professional assistance in help you determine which layout (s) best suit your needs for maximum functionality and desired space requirements.

Ideal Office can relocate all furniture, personal belongings, artwork and sensitive equipment. Whether it’s a small simple move or an entire department we will meet your expectations.

Drywall Patching
We have drywallers with over 20 years in the industry. We can patch and repair or hang new and finish as required by our customers.

Furniture Repair
If your furniture needs attention, we can properly assess the problem, contact the appropriate manufacturer, order the parts needed and repair the product in a timely manner.

Furniture Cleaning
We can shampoo the upholstery on your office furniture to help bring back its luster and like new appearance.

Storage and Warehousing
We receive product at our 13,000 square foot warehouse. You can store furniture and/or equipment long term or short term. We will store your new furniture order for up to 30 days at no charge. We will insure new orders are complete and damage free as we handle freight claims with office furniture dealers so you don’t have the headache of having to handle this yourself.
